The objective of this design project was to represent a modern adaptation of The Convent of Pleasure by combining vintage or antique imagery with modern aesthetics and queer identity. All advertisements were created using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. I worked in close collaboration with my supervisor, Scott Snyder, and the production’s director and writer, Beth Schachter. This project demonstrates my ability to communicate with a team, implement feedback, manipulate the same key art to be effective in different dimensions, and utilize multiple design softwares on one project.

In the process of designing this poster, the production changed shape and aesthetic goals regularly. Below are some of the “reject” designs, displaying my ability to implement feedback, generate multiple solutions and ideas for one prompt, and pivot during a process.
