About
Hi! My name is Anna.
I’m originally from Cape Cod, MA and I live in Brooklyn, NY. I’m a summa cum laude graduate of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, where I studied Theatre with minors in Music and English and was awarded The Wayne Kenneth Hollabaugh P’88 and Linda J. King Hollabaugh P’88 Award, given each year to the senior who makes the greatest artistic and intellectual contributions to the theatre community.
I began my theatre journey as an actor. Now, my primary focus is directing and intimacy directing, and all my work in other disciplines informs the way I collaborate. I’m a multi-hyphenate to the fullest extent, as I also have experience in dramaturgy, marketing, graphic design, stage management, company management, wardrobe, box office, and front of house, to name just a few.
Outside of theatre, I do a lot of work in graphic design and advocacy. I am passionate about intersectional feminism and sexual violence prevention. In my free time, I like to read all kinds of books, especially horror, plays, essay collections, and non-fiction. My favorite pasta shape is usually orzo, but sometimes rigatoni.
